Ministry of National Food Security & Research Seeks Business Model Development Consultant
The Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of National Food Security & Research (MNFSR) has invited applications from a highly qualified and experienced professional for a key consultancy position. The role is for a Business Model Development Consultant within the ministry’s “Project Planning and Development Unit” in Islamabad.
The ministry is seeking to engage a professional for this Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) project, which is focused on driving the reform process, knowledge management, and the conceiving, developing, monitoring, and evaluation of PSDP projects. The appointment will be on a contract basis.

Qualification & Experience
To be eligible for this consultancy role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Qualification:
A Master’s degree in Finance, International Finance, Business Development/MBA, ACCA, CA, or a relevant field from a university recognized by the HEC.
Experience:
A minimum of 03 years of professional experience in a public, private, or development sector in a related field.
Other Conditions & Requirements
Contract Duration: The appointment will be made purely on a contract basis until the completion of the project, which is scheduled for June 30, 2027.
