1. Registrar (BPS-20)
Type: Tenure-based post for 03 years.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
Qualification: Postgraduate, preferably in 1st Class (16 years of education).
Experience: 17 years of administrative experience in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University, Board, Government Department, or Autonomous Organization.
2. Controller of Examination (BPS-20)
Type: Tenure-based post for 03 years.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
Qualification: Postgraduate, preferably in 1st Class (16 years of education).
Experience: 17 years of teaching, administrative, and/or examination experience in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University, Board, Government Department, or Autonomous Organization.
3. Director QEC (Quality Enhancement Cell) (BPS-20)
Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years.
Qualification: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience: At least 5 years in BPS-19, including 2 years in Quality Enhancement/Quality Assurance at the university level. Experience in quality assurance/quality management is preferred.
4. Director ORIC (Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization) (BPS-20)
Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years.
Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant field with a strong foundation in research and innovation.
Experience: At least 10 years in research management, academic administration, innovation ecosystem, or commercialization activities. Must have a demonstrated ability in securing research grants and leading projects.
5. Librarian (BPS-19)
Age Limit: 45 years.
Qualification: Postgraduate in Library Sciences, preferably 1st Class.
Experience: 13 years of experience in library administration/organization in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University, Board, College, or reputable library. Proficiency in modern digital library management systems (e.g., KOHA) is required.
6. Software Developer (BPS-17)
Age Limit: 45 years.
Qualification: Postgraduate: BS (CS/IT) (4-Years), MCS, M.Sc(IT) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum three (03) years of experience in software design, implementation, and development in private/public sector organizations, including experience with C, C++, Java, .Net with database.
