c) Parent/Guardian’s Income Certificate: An attested copy of the income certificate of the parent or guardian.
d) Student’s CNIC/B-Form: An attested copy of the student’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form.
e) Bank Account Information: Proof of a correct and active bank account number in the student’s name.
Important Instructions and Deadline
Verification by Institution: The head of the educational institution must verify all the academic details of the student. It is also their responsibility to certify that the student passed the last annual examination and to attest the result card, which clearly shows the student’s academic performance.
Verification of Financial Status: The head of the institution must also verify the financial status of the student’s parent or guardian before signing the certificate on the application form.
Exclusions: Students who are already receiving financial aid, stipends, or scholarships from other sources are not eligible to apply. Students of private institutions are also not eligible.
