Project Coordinator (PPS-09)
Qualification: A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Social Sciences, Management Sciences) from a PEC/HEC recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in monitoring and supervising construction projects in the public sector, university, or a government/semi-government/autonomous body. Proficiency in contract management (e.g., FIDIC, PEC, PPRA rules) is preferred.
Age Limit: 55 years.
Admin Officer (PPS-07)
Qualification: MA/M.Sc./MBA (at least 2nd division) or BBA (Hons) from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit: 45 years.
Manager Finance (PPS-07)
Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration (at least 2nd division), MBA (Finance & Accountancy), M.Com, or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in project accounts.
Age Limit: 45 years.
Procurement Officer (PPS-07)
Qualification: MA/M.Sc. (at least 2nd division).
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement with a sound knowledge of procurement procedures and logistics management.

Assistant (PPS-05)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2nd division).
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration or operations in a public or private organization.
Age Limit: 35 years.
Sub Engineer (PPS-05)
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil Technology—at least 2nd division) with 2 years of experience OR DAE (Civil—at least 2nd division) with 4 years of relevant project experience.
Age Limit: 35 years.
Attendant (PPS-01)
Qualification: Middle/Matric.
Age Limit: 30 years.

Hardcopy Submission: After submitting the form online, applicants must print the application with its auto-generated computerized code, sign it, and send it to the office of the Additional MIT-I. This package must reach the office within 15 days of the online closing date.

Rigorous Selection Process and Important Instructions
Special Note for 2022 Applicants: Candidates who applied in response to the June 2022 advertisement need not submit a new application. However, they must submit a fresh request within the closing date to confirm their continued interest in participating.
Selection Tests: The selection process is rigorous and involves a multi-stage testing procedure:
First Preliminary Test: An MCQ-based test. Candidates must score at least 60% to qualify for the next stage.
Second Written Subjective Test: This stage consists of two papers. Paper-I will be subjective, based on relevant laws, while Paper-II will focus on analytical skills, including judgment writing, essay writing, and situation analysis. Candidates must obtain an aggregate of 60% in this test to qualify for the interview.
Proper Channel: Applicants currently in the public sector must apply through the proper channel with a departmental NOC.
No TA/DA will be admissible for any stage of the selection process.
