HANDS Announces Multiple Managerial and Staff Vacancies for 2025
The non-governmental organization HANDS has announced a major recruitment drive for various positions across its provincial and district offices. Applications are invited for roles in project management, finance, human resources, IT, and administration. The deadline for all applications is August 17th, 2025.
Provincial Level Job Openings in Lahore
HANDS is seeking qualified professionals for several key managerial roles based at its Provincial Implementation Unit (PIU) in Lahore.
Provincial Project Manager
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Health, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing public health or large-scale community outreach programs.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, government liaison skills, and proficiency in IT, including GIS, project data management, and analysis.
MIS Manager
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Public Health Informatics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in health-related MIS.
Skills: Proven knowledge of EMR, HMIS, GIS tools, and DHIS2 is preferred.
Admin/Supply Chain Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in health projects or NGO logistics.
Skills: Familiarity with public procurement and audit requirements is preferred.
Finance Manager
Qualifications: MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: Over 7 years of experience managing the finances of donor-funded projects.
Skills: Excellent command of accounting software, budgeting tools, and public finance systems.
HR Manager
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Experience: At least 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably within a large-scale health or community program.
Skills: Sound knowledge of labor laws, social security compliance, and HRMIS systems.
District Level Job Openings
HANDS is also hiring for multiple positions in its district offices located in Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Chiniot, Gujranwala, and Hafizabad.
District Project Manager (DPM)
Qualifications: Medical degree/MBBS; or a Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Over 5 years of district-level health program experience.
Skills: Strong liaison, team management, and community coordination skills.
Quality Assurance Coordinator
Qualifications: MBBS, Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a relevant field.
Experience: More than 3 years of experience in quality assurance or health supervision.
Skills: Familiarity with community health models and clinical protocols.
MIS Manager (District Office)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Data Sciences, or Public Health Informatics.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in health MIS or EMR/HMIS.
Skills: Strong command of digital platforms and reporting tools.
IT Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Sciences.
Experience: At least 2 years of IT support experience, ideally in health projects.
Skills: Field troubleshooting and EMR experience is preferred.
HR and Finance Associate
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of HR/finance experience, preferably in health projects.
Skills: Knowledge of labor law, payroll systems, and compliance.
Admin/Supply Chain Associate
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
Experience: Over 2 years of logistics/admin experience in the health or NGO sector.
Skills: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
