Available Positions and Job Profiles
TransPeshawar is seeking to fill several key positions across its operations and management teams:
1. Assistant Manager BRT Control Center (Position: 01)
Job Profile: This role is responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of the Chamkani and Mohib bus operations contracts. Responsibilities include contract management, invoice processing, and recommending system improvements.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Civil/Transport/Computer Science/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or other relevant qualifications. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 3 years in transport planning and/or operations.
Age Requirement: Up to 35 years.
2. Assistant Manager Electrical (Position: 01)
Job Profile: The Assistant Manager Electrical will lead activities related to electrical equipment and contract management. This includes ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, preparing maintenance plans, and conducting procurements.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Electrical Engineering. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification experience. A minimum of 02 years in a similar role is a plus.
Age Requirement: Up to 35 years.
3. Finance Executive (Position: 01)
Job Profile: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Executive will manage the routine affairs of the Finance Department, including financial transactions, taxation, and reconciliations.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or ACCA/CA Inter.
Experience: At least 02 years of post-qualification experience in dealing with financial matters.
Age Requirement: Up to 30 years.
4. Communication Executive (Position: 01)
Job Profile: This role involves assisting in day-to-day official communication tasks, including developing communication strategies, writing and disseminating publicity material, and coordinating promotional events.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Mass Communication/Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 02 years of post-qualification experience in strategic communication/journalism. Experience in graphic designing is an advantage.
Age Requirement: Up to 30 years.
5. Assistant Surveillance Supervisor (Position: 01)
Job Profile: The Assistant Surveillance Supervisor will assist the Assistant Manager BRT Control Centre in daily monitoring of operations through CCTV cameras, including recording contract violations.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Experience: At least 02 years of post-qualification experience. 01-year experience in monitoring, reporting, and supervision on CCTV is an added advantage.
Age Requirement: Up to 30 years.
6. Operations Supervisor (Position: 02)
Job Profile: The Operations Supervisor will assist the Assistant Manager BRT Control Centre in the daily monitoring of operations on 244 buses on 18 routes. This includes verifying trips, monitoring KPIs, and overseeing ZU Bicycles.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related field.
Experience: At least 02 years of post-qualification experience, or 1 year of experience with a Master’s Degree. Experience in monitoring, reporting, and supervision is an added advantage.
Age Requirement: Up to 30 years.
