With a renewed vision toward long-term financial stability, operational excellence, and improved service delivery, HW&SC is seeking motivated, results-oriented individuals for the following senior positions on a four-year contractual basis:
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Contract Period: 4 Years (Extendable with Board Approval)
Location: Hyderabad, Sindh
Application Deadline: Within 15 days of advertisement
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies for institutional growth.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit processes, and transparency standards.
Monitor revenue growth, manage expenditures, and oversee capital investments.
Provide financial reports to the Board and coordinate with external auditors.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
Professional Certification: CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIA (endorsed by a relevant auditing authority).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in senior financial management roles (preferably as CFO, Finance Manager, or Section Head).
Age Limit: Preferably below 61 years; Maximum age: 65 years.
Must have strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Experience in public sector finance or private sector SMP-level finance roles will be considered.
2. Chief Internal Auditor
Contract Period: 4 Years
Location: Hyderabad, Sindh
Key Responsibilities
Submit regular audit reports to the Board of Directors.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Ensure financial accountability and transparency within the organization.
Strengthen internal controls and manage risk assessment and mitigation.
Provide insights to improve corporate governance.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: CA, CIA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent certification in accounting/auditing.
Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in auditing/finance, with 5 years at the senior management level.
Candidates with experience in government auditing practices, compliance, or change management will be preferred.
Proven ability to work closely with senior management and provide recommendations on internal control improvements.
