The Dynamic Survey Registration Process: Step-by-Step

Visit the BISP Office:
Go to your nearest designated BISP Registration Center (often located at the Tehsil office). Find the Dynamic Registration Desk.
Submit Documents:
Present your original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and the NADRA Child Registration Form (B-Form) for all your children to the staff at the desk.
Receive Token: The staff will issue you a token number. This token will indicate whether it’s for a New Survey (first-time registration) or an Update Survey (updating existing information).
Proceed to Registration Room: Wait for token number, then enter the Registration Room.
Data Entry Interview: A Data Entry Operator will ask you a series of questions covering detailed socio-economic information about your household. Answer accurately and completely.
Thumb Impression: Once the operator has filled the digital form answers, you asked to verify the information. You will then provide your thumb impression on a digital device as a confirmation and agreement.
