Hiring Consultants for Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP) – Apply Online

The Program Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU) Lahore is seeking qualified individuals for several consultant positions under the Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP). This initiative is part of the Transformation in Access, Learning, Equity, and Education Management (TALEEM) Programme.

Available Positions and Requirements

1. Head of Technology

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of verifiable experience in ERP solutions deployment, data solutions, and software solutions design, implementation, and deployment.
Salary: Up to Rs. 580,000/- per month.

2. Media Officer

Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Public Relations from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications are preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of verifiable experience in designing and implementing large-scale awareness campaigns in public/private sectors or donor-funded projects, especially in education.
Salary: Up to Rs. 549,600/- per month.

3. Database Administrator

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science, IT, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of verifiable relevant experience.
Salary: Up to Rs. 450,000/- per month.

4. Sr. Business Analyst

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of verifiable relevant experience.
Salary: Up to Rs. 390,000/- per month.

5. Manager Network & Support

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. CCNP, HCNP/JCNP certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of verifiable relevant experience in IT services, including IT infrastructure.
Salary: Up to Rs. 520,000/- per month.

6. Process Engineer (DevOps)

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable relevant experience.
Salary: Up to Rs. 290,000/- per month.

7. Quality Assurance Engineer

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Knowledge of SQL Injection and Load Testing is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable relevant experience.
Salary: Up to Rs. 225,000/- per month.

8. Support Technician

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Certified resources are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable relevant experience.
Salary: Up to Rs. 150,000/- per month.
