Qualification and Experience

Educational Qualification:
- A Master’s Degree in Management Sciences from a reputable university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 22 years’ experience in a relevant field, with significant exposure to senior management roles (BS-17 and above or equivalent) in both the public and private sectors.
- Specific experience in senior management positions related to fish harbour or port operations is essential.
- The length of required experience can be reduced by 2 years for candidates holding an M.Phil degree and by 4 years for those with a Ph.D. degree.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 42 years
Maximum Age: 50 years
