Qualifications and Eligibility

Professional Experience

The ideal candidate should be a career banker with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the senior level, holding the position of EVP and above or equivalent in a bank or DFI. This role demands an individual with a proven track record, high motivation, and results-oriented mindset. The candidate should demonstrate leadership skills and be well-versed in all relevant banking laws, regulations, and practices.
