Available Senior Management Positions

ZTBL is looking to fill the following key positions at its Head Office:

Detailed Eligibility Criteria and Job Responsibilities

1. Head of Planning & Research Department (VP/SVP)

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 10+ years in financial institutions.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop linkages with academia and agriculture departments.

  • Lead the development of strategic research, Policy Papers on Agriculture, Banking, and Rural Development.

  • Analyze work on food security, mechanization, climate-smart agriculture, and rural poverty.

  • Oversee the preparation of the Bank’s Annual Business Plan and policy briefs for the Board.

  • Handle departmental administrative matters, including budget preparation.

2. Head of Coordination & Lease Unit (AVP/VP)

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 08+ years in banking/finance.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange accommodation for officers and process house leasing for employees.

  • Manage the bank’s property files and lease out surplus space.

  • Handle renovation and relocation processes for offices.

  • Manage records, stationery, and issue No Demand Certificates (NOCs) for employees.

  • Maintain the department’s budget and be proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

3. Officer Coordination and Lease Unit (OG)

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (National/International).

• Experience: 05+ years in banking/finance.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • General departmental coordination and handling complaints.

  • Manage house allotment for employees nationwide and maintain security files.

  • Handle hostel allotments, lease surplus space, and process rent-related credit advices.

  • Issue NOCs and manage stationery requirements.

  • Must be proficient in communication and computer skills.

General Eligibility and Instructions

• Age Limit: As of the application deadline, the maximum age is 50 for VP/SVP, 45 for AVP/VP, and 40 for OG.

• Compensation: A market-competitive salary package will be offered.
