Available Positions

Divisional Head Operations (SVP/EVP)

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates with banking sector experience.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant master’s degrees or professional qualifications.
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead and upgrade the bank’s operations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operations strategy to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Divisional Head Finance/Accounts (SVP/EVP)

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates with banking sector experience.
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (C.A).
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure liquidity management and budget preparation.
  • Handle tax matters and regulatory compliance.

Head (People Services) (SVP/EVP)

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant master’s degrees or professional qualifications.
• Responsibilities:
  • Maintain healthy bank-employee relationships.
  • Manage employee advances and disciplinary processes.
  • Handle legal matters related to employee advances and disciplinary actions.

Head of Business Intelligence and Financial Control (VP/SVP)

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector.
• Qualification: ACMA/ACCA/CA Finalist.
• Responsibilities:
  • Implement business intelligence systems and big data solutions.
  • Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Maximum age up to 60 years as of the closing date of application.
• Applicants retired from government services or terminated on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.
• Applicants convicted by any court of law are not eligible.
• The positions are contractual for an initial period of 5 years, extendable based on performance.
• Market competitive remuneration will be offered.
