Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a leading specialized financial institution with an extensive network of over 500 branches nationwide, is inviting applications for the following positions:
1. Regional Business Head: VP/SVP (Sindh, Balochistan)
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector.
At least 5 years as a Branch Manager or Area Manager.
Preference for candidates with experience in supervising branch networks.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Responsibilities:
Develop business in branches by increasing lending, deposits, and outreach.
Supervise a branch network of 15 to 25 branches.
Execute credit and business policies, achieve loan disbursement, recovery, and other business targets.
Provide leadership to branches for business development and target attainment.
Liaise with agriculture sector stakeholders, represent the bank at seminars and conferences.
Ensure financial efficiency, profitability, and compliance with SBP regulations.
Identify new opportunities for branch openings or relocations.
Implement quality assurance standards in branches.
Review and evaluate financial and operational performance of branches.
2. Branch Manager: OG-I/AVP (Across Pakistan, Including AJK and GB)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification banking experience.
At least 3 years as a Branch Manager.
Candidates must specify 3 cities/towns for placement, with one being a previous posting location.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Responsibilities:
Expand agricultural credit, recover regular and non-performing loans.
Mobilize deposits, supervise services/operations, and ensure EKYC & regulatory compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Maximum age is 55 years for VP/SVP and 45 years for OG-I/AVP as of the closing date to apply.
Remuneration: Market competitive.
Skills: Candidates must have excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Nationality: Dual nationality holders are ineligible.
Legal Status: Applicants convicted by any court of law are ineligible.
