1. Director (Security)

• BPS: 19
• Number of Positions: 01
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Retired Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel (or equivalent rank) from the Armed Forces.
  • Maximum Age: 50 years.
• Location: Anywhere in Pakistan.

2. Deputy Director (Security)

• BPS: 18
• Number of Positions: 05
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Retired Officers of the Armed Forces with the rank of Major (or equivalent).
  • Preference individuals with experience
  • Maximum Age: 48 years.
• Location: WAPDA formations across Pakistan.

Terms of Employment

• Contract Duration: Initial appointment will be for three years, extendable annually based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.

General Instructions and Conditions

1. Selection Process:
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview.
   • No TA/DA will be provided.
2. Age Relaxation:
   • General age relaxation is permissible within the prescribed age limits.
3. Eligibility Requirements:
   • Candidates dismissed or removed from service for disciplinary reasons are not eligible.
4. Documentation:
   • At the time of the interview, candidates must present original documents (e.g., CNIC, domicile, certificates, degrees, and experience letters).
   • Failure to present required documentation will result in disqualification.
5. Postings:
   • Candidates may be posted to various projects or locations within Pakistan as required.
