WAPDA Internship Programme

WAPDA (Water and Power Development Authority) is introducing a paid internship program nationwide, specially crafted for university students seeking professional exposure to enhance their portfolios and fulfill academic requirements. The program’s objective is to provide an exciting opportunity for the youth to work alongside highly experienced professionals, receive on-the-job training, gain real-world working experience, and learn work ethics at one of Pakistan’s most reputed organizations.

• Stipend: Rs. 20,000/month
• Eligibility: Fresh/Recent Graduates (Max 3 Years), Max Age Limit 26, Min CGPA 2.8

Instructions & General Conditions

• Eligible candidates can submit their applications online on the official WAPDA website: www.wapda.gov.pk in the career section.
• The last date for submission of applications is March 15, 2024.
• Applications without mentioning the discipline in the subject mail will NOT be entertained.
• Incomplete/incorrect applications or those received after the last date will be summarily rejected.
• Hand-submitted applications will NOT be entertained.
• Successful completion of the internship program will NOT guarantee employment.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
• Candidates must have a working bank account registered in their name.
• Applicants must be from HEC Recognized Universities/Concerned Boards.
• Original documents must be presented by candidates at the time of the interview.
• WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel applications at any stage without assigning any reasons.
