Leadership Roles in Supply Chain Management

1. Deputy Director Supply Chain & Procurement Management

• Qualification: BSc Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience: 12–15 years in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Contract Management, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.

• Key Requirements: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.) is essential. Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or SAP Certification are highly preferred.

Assistant Manager and Executive Positions

4. Assistant Manager Logistics and Warehouse Management

• Qualification: BSc Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA (First Division), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics affairs.

5. Assistant Manager Billing and Payment

• Qualification: BBA / MBA (Finance or related fields).

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management and financial management affairs.

6. Junior Executive Supply Chain Management

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree (minimum required qualification), preferably in Supply Chain Management or Finance.

• Experience: Preferably 3–5 years of experience.

Technical and Engineering Vacancies

7. Chargeman (Elevator Technician)

• Qualification: B. Tech (pass) OR a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (First Division).

• Experience: Experience in elevator maintenance is required. 4 years of experience are necessary for Diploma holders, while B.Tech candidates' experience is preferred.

8. Tech-II (Elevator Technician)

• Qualification: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) (First Division) OR Matric with Science (First Division) with 2 years of apprenticeship/certificate.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in elevator maintenance is required, along with a skill test.
