Lahore, Pakistan – The Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), established by the Ministry of Industries & Production, has announced multiple career opportunities for its new project, the “Industrial Designing & Automation Centres (IDAC).” These state-of-the-art centres are being established in Lahore, Karachi, and Sialkot to address the automation and design-related challenges of Pakistan’s industry.
TUSDEC is seeking progressive, dynamic, and highly motivated professionals to fill various project-based positions in Lahore and Sialkot. This initiative aims to facilitate local industries through advanced services like 3D scanning, 3D prototyping, and training in industrial automation.
Now Hiring: Managerial and Engineering Leadership Roles
TUSDEC is looking for experienced leaders and engineers to spearhead its project operations and training programs.
Manager (2 Positions, PPS-8)
Age Limit: 29 – 40 Years
Qualification & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering is required. A qualification in Business Administration/Management will be an added advantage. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project operations.
Deputy Manager (2 Positions, PPS-7)
Age Limit: 27 – 36 Years
Qualification & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project operations.
Assistant Manager / Trainer (9 Positions, PPS-7)
Age Limit: 25 – 32 Years
Qualification & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in the engineering fields mentioned above with at least 3 years of experience, OR a DAE in the same fields with 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with software such as Power Shape, Pro E, SolidWorks, etc.
Administrative, Technical, and Support Staff Vacancies
A range of administrative and technical support roles are available to ensure the smooth functioning of the new centres.
Admin & Accounts Officer (2 Positions, PPS-6)
Age Limit: 25 – 32 Years
Qualification & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or CA Inter with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
3D Printer Operator (3 Positions, PPS-5, Lahore Only)
Age Limit: 23 – 30 Years
Qualification & Experience: DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical/Mechatronics with 5 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in controlling and handling 3D prototyping machines.
Receptionist (2 Positions, PPS-3)
Age Limit: 23 – 30 Years
Qualification & Experience: A Graduation degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Electrician (2 Positions, PPS-3)
Age Limit: 21 – 35 Years
Qualification & Experience: DAE Electrical with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must have hands-on experience with all types of office electrical issues.
Office Boy (4 Positions, PPS-1)
Age Limit: 19 – 30 Years
Qualification & Experience: Literate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
