Job Vacancy in Thardeep Coordinator for Sustainable Community Livelihood Project
Thardeep Rural Development Programme (TRDP) is seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to fill the position of Coordinator for an upcoming project on Sustainable Community Livelihood. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and leading the project, ensuring its successful implementation across the Sindh region.
Eligibility Criteria for TRDP
1. Experience
- Minimum of one year’s experience working as a Coordinator in livelihood projects, specifically in the Sindh region.
2. Leadership Skills
- Proven ability to lead a project team with diverse skills, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
3. Reporting and Monitoring
- Demonstrated experience in reporting to donors and handling monitoring visits from partner organizations.
4. Willingness to Travel
- The candidate must be willing to travel extensively to various field locations as required by the project.
5. Community Engagement
- Proven capacity to work effectively with poor and illiterate communities, understanding their needs and challenges.
6. Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree Holder in Social Sciences
