1. Professor, Computer Science (BPS-21)
Minimum Qualification: A Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Experience: 15 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized institute of higher education or university, OR 15 years of professional experience in a relevant field in a national or international organization (with at least 5 years of teaching experience).
Alternative Experience: 10 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized university or postgraduate institution.
Publications: A minimum of 15 research publications, with at least 5 published in the last five years in HEC-recognized journals.
Age Limit: 45 Years.
2. Associate Professor, Computer Science (BPS-20)
Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, recognized by HEC.
Experience: 10 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized institute of higher education or university, OR 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field in a national or international organization (with at least 2 years of teaching experience).
Alternative Experience: 5 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized university or postgraduate institution.
Publications: A minimum of 10 research publications, with at least 4 published in the last five years in HEC-recognized journals.

3. Assistant Professor, Computer Science (BPS-19)
Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or institution.

4. Instructor (BPS-17)
Minimum Qualification: 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, System Engineering, or Mathematics from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Age Limit: 45 Years.
5. Assistant Director – QEC (BPS-17)
Minimum Qualification: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit: 24–35 Years.
6. Assistant Controller of Examination (BPS-17)

Application Processing Fees:
BPS-17 & 18: A non-refundable challan of Rs. 3,000 is required.
BPS-19 & Above: A non-refundable challan of Rs. 4,000 is required.
Challan Payment: After submitting the online application, candidates can download the system-generated challan and deposit it at any branch of ABL Bank.
Document Upload: Applicants are required to upload their HEC-attested degrees/equivalence certificates, CNIC, domicile, PRC, relevant experience certificates, a recent photograph, and a copy of the deposited challan while applying online.
Dossiers for Senior Faculty: Candidates applying for Professor and Associate Professor positions must send 04 hard copies of their dossiers (including the list of research publications and copies of all research papers) to the HRM Section, Sukkur IBA University (Main Campus).
NOC for Government Servants: Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
