Internship Opportunities
SEPCO is offering internships in several departments, each requiring specific qualifications:
- Finance and Audit: Open to students with qualifications such as ACCA, ICAP, ICMAP, or CIMA.

- Human Resource and Admin: Suitable for MBA, MPA (HRM), or equivalent degree holders, with 10 positions available.

Internship Duration and Stipend
The internship program will initially last for three months, with the possibility of extension every three months, up to a maximum of one year, depending on performance and company requirements. The monthly stipend varies based on qualifications:
- Rs. 30,000/- per month for all qualification degrees except ICAP/ICMAP/ACCA/CIMA.
- Rs. 50,000/- per month for ICAP/ICMAP/ACCA/CIMA qualified students.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the SEPCO internship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be enrolled in the final year of a Graduate or Master’s degree program from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Provide a transcript or certificate from their institution, duly attested, as evidence of their academic performance.
- Submit their application online before the deadline of 28th February 2025.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on academic records and interviews:
- 95% weightage will be given to academic performance.
- 5% weightage will be based on interview performance.
Selected candidates will receive an internship offer letter and a detailed job description. It is important to note that government and semi-government employees are not eligible for this program, and trainees will not have any right to employment based on their internship experience.
