Deputy Chief Manager – Board Secretariat (Job Code 8459-01)
Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate all activities related to Board and General meetings. This includes managing notifications for meetings, tracking attendance, ensuring proper record storage, and overseeing the circulation of the minutes of the meetings.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
A CA/ACMA with 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
OR
An ACCA/Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Commerce or a related field from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a Board Secretariat.
Manager – Board Secretariat (Job Code 8460-01)
Job Summary: This role is responsible for assisting and coordinating the activities related to Board and General meetings. The duties involve handling notifications, managing attendance records, and ensuring the accurate storage and circulation of meeting minutes.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
A fresh CA/ACMA.
OR
An ACCA/Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Finance, Accounts, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a Board Secretariat.
