Job Summary:
The Deputy General Manager – Litigation will be a pivotal leader within the legal team. The key responsibilities of this role include:
Overseeing the functions and operations of the Litigation Section.
Providing expert legal advice.
Preparing and reviewing legal documents.
Providing strategic vision on all matters related to litigation within SSGC.
Carrying out all necessary activities to protect the company’s interests in lawsuits filed or defended by the company.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Education: An LLB degree is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience is required.
Bar Enrollment: The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of Bar enrollment.
