Introduction

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited offers a comprehensive Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) designed to provide learning opportunities to young and talented graduates from Sindh and Balochistan. This two-year trainee program aims to groom graduates by providing on-the-job training and exposure under the guidance of professional mentors.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Maximum 26 years (as of the date of advertisement)
• Qualification: Engineering Graduates (PEC Recognized)
• Passing Year: Graduates of 2021 and onwards (Candidates awaiting results are not eligible)
• CGPA or Percentage: Minimum 3 CGPA or 75% or equivalent

Application Process

• Application link, details of the fee, and form submission process are available on NTS Website: www.nts.org.pk
• Duly filled application form and NTS original copy of paid deposit slip should be dispatched to NTS, Head Office, Plot # 96, Street # 4, H-8/1, Islamabad.
• Last date of submission of applications is April 14, 2024.
• Incomplete application form or by hand submission of application will not be accepted.
• Minimum passing score for NTS Test is 60%, however, for panel interviews, the candidates shall be shortlisted on merit depending upon the number of available seats against certain areas/fields.
• Good score in the test does not guarantee automatic selection. Interview panel’s recommendation and overall merit/score are required for selection.
