- 12 years of post-membership experience, or 17 years for those with a recognized professional qualification.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in auditing, risk management, designing internal control procedures, and ensuring compliance with financial reliability, particularly within public/private sectors. Understanding governance, risks, and controls, especially in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) or public sector projects, is essential.
- The “Fit and Proper Criteria” as per Schedule IV of the SOE Act, 2023, will also apply.
2. Chief Officer (Audit)
- Max Age: 47 Years
- Qualification:
- CA/CMA
- Experience:
- 9 years of post-membership experience.
3. Senior Officer (Audit)
- Max Age: 41 Years
- Qualification:
- CA/CMA
- Experience:
- 3 years of post-membership experience.
