Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

According to the vacancy breakdown, candidates must fulfill the following strict educational and professional benchmarks:

1. Educational & Professional Degrees

  • At least 16 years of education from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. Acceptable degrees include:

    • MBA, MPA, MPH, MS, MBBS, or equivalent qualifications.

  • OR Relevant executive professional qualifications, such as:

    • ACA, FSA, ASA, FIA, AIA, or equivalent professional standing.

2. Experience Requirements

  • Overall Experience: Minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience in general administration, planning & development, health insurance management, public health financing, or health economics.

  • Specific Domain Experience: At least 10 years of dedicated experience directly within health insurance management or public financing frameworks.

Terms and Conditions

  • Contract & Tenure: Appointments are project-based for an initial period of two (2) years on a purely contract basis. This tenure is extendable subject to satisfactory performance indicators, project continuity, or organizational requirements.

  • Quotas & Placement: Provincial quotas shall be strictly observed as per Federal Government regulations. However, the selected candidate will be physically posted at the Karachi office.

  • Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel after securing a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.

  • Testing & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the profile matrix will be called for tests or interviews. No TA/DA is admissible for the written test/interview phases.
