Below are the details of the available positions, along with the required qualifications and experience.

1. Chief General Counsel (CGC)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to draft and research contracts, knowledge of organizational operations and legal documents, and excellent communication skills.
    • Manage corporate affairs, legal matters, and regulatory issues.
    • Provide legal assistance to the Board of Directors and senior management on various matters, including legal rights and new and existing laws.
    • Ensure smooth and timely delivery of legal services to stakeholders.
    • Conduct legal research and draft legal strategies.
    • Safeguard State Life’s interests against legal implications.
    • Liaise with external lawyers.
    • Maintain proper legal records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Post-graduate degree in finance (CA/FCMA/FCCA), preferably from a recognized institution.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 58 years.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance ordinances, company acts, financial management, and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Ensure proper financial advice is given to the Board.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
    • Implement effective internal financial controls.
    • Protect the financial interests of the corporation.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

3. Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, project management (PMP/PRINCE2), data center operations, and ITIL/CISA/CISM/COBIT certifications.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide leadership and advocacy for IT solutions.
    • Support business transformation programs.
    • Identify competitive advantages and technology trends.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance technical performance.

    Preference will be given to candidates with experience in implementing large-scale IT solutions.
