These positions are based at the Principal Office in Karachi.
Available Positions
1. Assistant General Manager (AGM)
No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification:
MBA/M.Com/MPA/LLB or equivalent (18 years of education, HEC-recognized university).
4-5 years of relevant experience in legal & corporate governance.
Chartered Secretary certification preferred.
Key Skills Required:
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Excellent IT proficiency and communication skills (written & verbal).
Responsibilities:
Prepare Board agendas, minutes, and compliance reports.
Ensure regulatory adherence (SECP, SBP).
Conduct governance research and provide strategic recommendations.
2. Manager (Corporate Governance/Secretarial)
No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification:
BS/BBA/LLB (16 years of education, HEC-recognized).
3-4 years of experience in corporate governance/legal roles.
Proficiency in MS Office; Chartered Secretary certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
Organize Board/Committee meetings (scheduling, logistics).
Record minutes and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
Maintain corporate secretarial records.
3. Assistant Manager (Legal/Secretarial)
No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification:
BS/BBA/LLB (16 years of education, HEC-recognized).
2 years of legal/secretarial experience.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Vet Board documents and draft policies.
Liaise with government offices and law firms.
Mitigate legal risks proactively.
General Instructions
Eligibility: Candidates must hold domicile of the respective province.
Quota Policy: SLIC adheres to Federal Government quotas (disabled, minority, women).
Posting: Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
