Eligibility Criteria for Officer Grade-1 (OG-1)
Qualification:
- Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 14 years of education in any discipline from universities or institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan or reputable foreign universities.
- Candidates awaiting final results as of the last date for application submission are not eligible to apply.
- Individuals holding Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees with more than 14 years of education are not eligible for this position.
Age: There is a relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit for candidates from FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
Pre-Induction Training
Theoretical Training at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad. This residential training will equip trainees with the theoretical knowledge necessary for their roles. Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be appointed as Officer Grade-1 (OG-1) at SBP BSC.
Compensation and Benefits
This includes free boarding and lodging at NIBAF, Islamabad.
