Preparations Completed for Adhoc Cadre Teacher Recruitment in Sindh – IBA to Conduct Hiring Soon
The Government of Sindh has completed all preparations for the recruitment of Adhoc Cadre Teachers, and the hiring process will be conducted soon through IBA (Institute of Business Administration). This was confirmed by Kishore Kumar, who shared the latest update regarding the upcoming teacher recruitment drive.
The recruitment will be carried out transparently through SIBA Testing Services / IBA, ensuring merit-based selection across Sindh.
Teaching Positions Included in Adhoc Cadre Recruitment
The Adhoc Cadre Teacher recruitment will cover a wide range of teaching disciplines to address staff shortages in government schools. The following positions are included:
- Sindhi Language Teacher
- Arabic Teacher
- Drawing Teacher
- Physical Training Instructor (PTI)
- Arts Teacher
These positions aim to strengthen the education system by appointing qualified teachers in critical subject areas.
Total Number of Vacancies
According to official sources, the total number of Adhoc Cadre Teacher seats is close to 10,000, making it one of the largest teacher recruitment drives in Sindh in recent years.
Recruitment Through IBA – Merit-Based Selection
