The Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO), a leading non-profit dedicated to empowering communities and transforming lives, has announced a key career opportunity for a Manager of Craft & Enterprise Development. SRSO is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and experienced professional to lead its innovative Craft & Enterprise Development (CED) initiatives from its Head Office in Sukkur.
This is a full-time, one-year contractual position, extendable based on performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, forging crucial market linkages, building capacity, and leading a dedicated team in collaboration with local artisans and Business Development Groups (BDGs).
Essential Qualifications and Professional Experience

For Master’s Degree Holders:
Qualification: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Textile/Fashion Designing, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 05 years of relevant experience in craft development, enterprise management, or related sectors, with at least 02 years at a management or supervisory level.
For Bachelor’s Degree Holders:
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in the above-mentioned fields.
Experience: A minimum of 07 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 03 years in a management or supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities: From Production to E-Commerce Management
The Manager will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Leading the CED production, field, and marketing teams to align product development with market trends.
Facilitating Research & Development (R&D) to innovate craft designs and products.
Building the capacity of Business Development Groups (BDGs) and field teams through targeted training and workshops.
Ensuring meticulous documentation, record-keeping, and financial compliance.
Developing and strengthening linkages with vendors, brands, and customers to expand market reach.
Organizing high-impact exhibitions, events, and promotional activities like the Sartyoon Sang Exhibition.
Managing and operating the official Shopify website for SRSO’s Craft & Enterprise Development initiatives, including product listings, order processing, and customer support.
Managing social media platforms for the Sartyoon Sang brand to enhance visibility, outreach, and sales.
