Position: Field Engineer
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification:
- BE – Civil and Architecture
- BS-Civil
- B-Tech
- DAE (Diploma in Associate Engineering) in Civil
- All qualifications must be from HEC-recognized universities or institutes.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Location: Candidates will be deployed in:
- District Khairpur
- District Larkana
- District Kamber Shahdadkot
- District Shikarpur
- District Jacobabad
- Selected candidates must be willing to work in deep rural areas of these districts.
- Field Work Requirement:
- Must own a motorbike (fuel allowance will be provided).
- SRSO will not provide transportation facilities.
- Incentives: Performance-based rewards.
Salary Structure:

Core Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement:
- Brief and guide Village Reconstruction Committee (VRC) members on resilient construction guidelines.
- Assist beneficiaries with housing layout and design adjustments to meet required standards.
- Construction Oversight:
- Ensure quality construction at every phase (plinth, lintel, roof, and completion levels).
- Certify at least 50 housing units per month.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any discrepancies in construction.
- Coordination:
- Work closely with vulnerable groups, particularly persons with disabilities, ensuring accessibility in housing projects.
- Oversee masons and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain and submit progress reports, including daily updates in official groups.
- Submit weekly progress reports to supervisors and higher authorities.
