Qualification
Master’s Degree in Agriculture/Agri-Business/Environmental Sciences/Social Sciences or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized University/Institute.
Experience
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in NGOs or development sector organizations, specifically in NRM, environment, or climate resilience.

Strong technical understanding of NRM, climate change adaptation, and environmental management.
Excellent project management, planning, and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
Proficiency in GIS, resource mapping, and data management (preferred).
Effective communication, facilitation, and community engagement skills.
Ability to work in rural, remote, and field environments across Sindh.
Strong team leadership and mentoring capacity.

The role involves hands-on engagement with community and household-level activities:
Establishing community-based Fruit/Forest Tree and Vegetable Seed nurseries at the community level.
Providing technical assistance for establishing Kitchen Gardening plots at the household level.
Creating awareness of on-farm management/diversification, modern technology, and best practices.
