A Public Sector Organization in Sindh is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and motivated individuals who hold Pakistani citizenship and are domiciled in Sindh Province. These positions are being offered on a contract basis, and applicants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.


Available Positions

1. Deputy Director (Technical)

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in planning, designing, and execution of construction projects.
  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years.

2. Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts)

  • Education: Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 7.5 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

3. Assistant Director (Procurement)

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, tendering, and public sector procedures.
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

4. Assistant Director (Civil Engineering)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by HEC and PEC).
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in project planning and implementation.
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

5. Assistant Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

  • Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or Project Management.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in monitoring, reporting, and data evaluation.
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. All positions are contract-based and located within Sindh Province.
  2. Only candidates having Sindh domicile are eligible to apply.
  3. Applicants already working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channel.
  4. Age relaxation will be given according to Government of Sindh policy.
  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  6. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.
