Request for Expression of Interest – Gender Specialist (One Position)
Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) Jobs 2025, The Government of Sindh is seeking applications for the following position under a donor-funded project. Eligible candidates are invited to submit their CVs and express their interest for this opportunity.
Position: Gender Specialist
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Gender and Development, Women’s Studies, Management, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Specialized training in:
- Gender Awareness & Sensitization
- Gender-Based Violence (GBV)
- Community Engagement Strategies
- Development Strategies
- Any other relevant skills
- Active affiliation/membership with recognized industry or professional organizations is preferred.
Job Type & Selection Process:
- Temporary/Contractual position, renewed annually based on performance.
- Funded by an International Lending Agency.
- No right to claim regularization under any prevailing government policy.
- Selection based on merit and endorsement by the donor agency.
