Leadership and Management Positions Available
Manager HR & Admin, Senior Software Architect, Tech Lead Jobs
SITC is looking to fill top-tier roles to spearhead its strategic initiatives. These positions require seasoned professionals with a proven track record.
Senior Software Architect (Tech Lead): This role requires a Bachelor’s in CS or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture are a plus.
Manager HR & Admin: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. The position requires skills in compliance, staff development, and efficient office administration, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Core Engineering and Technical Roles
Senior SQA Engineer, Senior Infosec Engineer, Senior DevOps Engineer, Full-Stack Software Engineer
The technical backbone of SITC requires experts in various engineering domains to build and maintain a robust digital infrastructure.
Senior SQA Engineer: Requires a Bachelor’s in CS or Software Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience. Certifications in Test Automation (ISTQB) are a strong plus.
Senior Infosec Engineer: A Bachelor’s in CS, Cyber Security, or a related field is required, along with 6 years of experience.
Senior DevOps Engineer: Candidates need a Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience.
Full-Stack Software Engineer: This role requires a Bachelor’s in CS or a related field and at least 4 years of experience. Proficiency with .NET/Java/Python, cloud, and AI tools is necessary.
Product and Design Opportunities
Product Designer, Product Manager, Citizen Support Manager
To ensure the delivery of user-centric and efficient digital services, SITC is hiring professionals in product development and user support.
Product Designer: Applicants need a Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience. Certifications in UI/UX, graphic design, and Figma are advantageous.
Product Manager: A Bachelor’s in CS, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience is required. Certifications in Agile methodologies and Product Management are a plus.
Citizen Support Manager: This position requires a Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Business, IT, or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
