Job Opening: Assistant Manager Facilities

SIEHS is seeking a technically proficient Assistant Manager Facilities to join their team in Hyderabad. This role is critical for overseeing and managing the infrastructure and facilities essential for delivering quality health services.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including preparing buildout project specifications, estimating costs for equipment and materials, and evaluating vendor quotations and  maintenance schedules, conducting regular site visits, and managing daily facility requirements such as generators and AC units.

 

 

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree. Essential technical skills for this position include Electrical Circuit Designing and Building Layout Designing. The role requires preparing detailed specifications for electrical systems, managing electrical layouts, and assisting in building layout design. Furthermore, the Assistant Manager will be expected to identify and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with safety standards, coordinate with other departments, and provide proposals for budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
