Detailed Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the required educational background and practical field experience:
1. Educational Qualifications
Base Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Sociology, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Preferred Qualification: Candidates holding a Master's degree in relevant fields will be given an added advantage during shortlisting.
2. Professional Experience
Core Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in youth development programs, community engagement initiatives, education projects, or general social development activities.
Donor-Funded Exposure: Prior experience working with high-profile international donor agencies (such as the British Council, FCDO, EU, UNICEF, UNDP, USAID, etc.) is highly desirable.
Training Capabilities: Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training sessions, capacity-building workshops, and skill programs for youth.
Stakeholder Coordination: Proven track record in coordinating community-level engagement activities and collaborating effectively with local government departments, civil society, and community leaders.
3. Language Proficiency
English: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory for reporting and stakeholder communication.
Local Languages: Complete command over Sindhi and Urdu is required for field interaction and community engagement.
