1. Project Director
Qualification
- Master's degree in Education, Management, Public Administration, Development Studies, or equivalent.

2. Education Specialist
Qualification
- Master's degree in Education (M.Ed./MS/M.Phil. preferred).
Experience
- 8–10 years in curriculum development, teacher training, academic supervision, and quality assurance.
3. Finance Manager
Qualification
- MBA Finance, M.Com, ACCA (Part Qualified), CA (Inter), or CMA.
Experience
- 7–10 years in finance, budgeting, audits, and donor-funded project financial management.
4. Compliance Manager
Qualification
- Master's degree in Management, Law, Public Administration, Education, or Social Sciences.
Experience
- 7–10 years in governance, procurement, compliance, internal controls, and donor regulations.
5. District Coordinator

- Master's degree in Education, Management, or Social Sciences.
Experience

6. School Coordinator

7. School Head (Principal)
