School Education And Literacy Department Sindh Jobs 2024 The Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), a public sector organization dedicated to advancing education in Sindh, is seeking a qualified, experienced, and dynamic professional to fill the role of Managing Director. This position is offered on a four-year contract basis (performance-based) and is open to candidates with a domicile and Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) of Sindh province.

Qualifications and Experience Required
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Educational Requirement:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Social Science, Education, or Management from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), with at least a second-division standing.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years of work experience in either the public or private sector.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and development, ideally at a leadership level (Head of Department or similar).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience dealing with organizations or projects related to the social or education sector.
