Rupani Foundation Announces Job Vacancies in Karachi and Gilgit for 2025
The Rupani Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating long-lasting solutions to poverty by enhancing skills and promoting child development through education, has announced that it is hiring for several positions. The foundation is seeking qualified candidates for roles at its Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers and offices in Karachi and Gilgit.
Available Positions in Karachi
1. FSM (Field Support Manager)
No. of Posts: 01 each at two locations
Location: ECD Centre, Karimabad, Karachi & ECD Centre, Gulzar-e-Hussain, Karachi
Eligibility Criteria:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
A Diploma in ECD.
At least two years of experience in ECD.
2. ECD Teacher
No. of Posts: 01
Location: ELM Centre, Karimabad, Karachi
Eligibility Criteria: Same as FSM.
3. Driver
No. of Posts: 01
Location: Provincial Office, Karachi
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Matriculation (Intermediate or higher qualifications preferred).
At least 3 years of experience with a reputable organization or proof of driving for at least 3 years.
Must hold a valid CNIC and LTV Driving License.
Age must be between 25 and 40 years.
A medical fitness certificate is required.
Available Positions in Gilgit
1. Security Guard
No. of Posts: 02
Location: RF Core Office, Gilgit
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Matriculation (Intermediate or higher qualifications preferred).
At least 3 years of experience with a reputable organization.
Must hold a valid CNIC.
Age must be between 20 and 40 years.
A medical fitness certificate is required.
