Position: Research Associate (01 Post)

Eligibility Criteria and Required Qualification
Candidates must strictly meet the following essential criteria:
Qualification:M.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture with a major in Horticulture from a recognized university.
Domicile: Must hold a valid Punjab Domicile.
Employment Status: Persons currently enrolled in any educational program are not eligible. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel from their parent department.
Pay Package and Contract Benefits
The position offers an attractive financial package and growth potential:
Monthly Salary:Rs. 75,000/- per month.
Annual Increment: An annual increment of 7% of the base pay.
Contract Duration: The initial contract is for one year, which is likely to be extended for a second year based on satisfactory performance.
