Research and Development Foundation (RDF) Teching And Non Teaching Jobs 2025, The Research and Development Foundation (RDF) has announced teaching and non-teaching job positions in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Tando Allahyar, and Badin. These roles are part of a collaboration between RDF and the PPP Node, Sindh Education and Literacy Department, to manage Government Elementary Schools.

Available Positions:

Teaching Positions

1. Elementary School Teacher (English, Mathematics, General Science)
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd Class, 14 years of education) in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution.
2. Primary School Teacher (PST)
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd Class, 14 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution.
3. ECE Teacher
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd Class, 14 years of education).
   • Preference: Diploma in ECE/Montessori is preferred.
4. Academic/Admin Coordinator
   • Qualification: Master’s in the relevant subject or M.Ed.
   • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Non-Teaching Positions

1. Field/Administrative Positions
   • Qualification: Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
   • Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
   • Responsibilities: Field-based roles across various school sites.

Eligibility Criteria

• Required degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
• Maximum age limit: 40 years.
