Research and Development Foundation (RDF) is inviting applications under the PPP modality of Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh – supported EMO Project from qualified candidates for recruitment against the following vacant positions through SIBA Testing Services (STS):
Subject Specialists: These roles require candidates with a Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant subject from an HEC recognized institution, along with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
Elementary School Teachers: For English, Mathematics, and General Science, candidates must hold at least a 2nd Class Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) from an HEC recognized university.
Primary School Teachers (PST): Similar to elementary school teachers, PST positions also require a 2nd Class Bachelor’s degree.
ECE Teacher: Candidates for Early Childhood Education (ECE) must possess a Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) and preferably a Diploma in ECE/Montessori.
Doctor: MBBS from a Pakistan Medical Commission-PMC recognized university/institute is mandatory, along with a minimum of 1-year relevant field experience.
Nurse: A 2nd Class Bachelor/Diploma in Nursing/Paramedic Degree (Minimum 14 years of Education) is required, along with relevant field experience.
Lab Assistant: Graduation in the relevant subject with a minimum of 1-year experience in the field is necessary.
Library Assistant: Candidates should have a BS in Library & Information Sciences or equivalent, along with 1 year of relevant experience.
Non-Teaching Positions:
Lab Assistant (Computer): Graduation in Computer Sciences or equivalent is required, accompanied by a minimum of 1-year relevant field experience.

After submission, candidates need to download the system-generated challan and deposit the fee in any branch of ABL/MCB bank Ltd.
The application deadline is May 20, 2024.
All updates regarding test dates, admit slips, and results will be communicated through the STS website/portal.
