Research and Development Foundation (RDF) Announces Career Opportunities in Sindh
Sindh, Pakistan – The Research and Development Foundation (RDF), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to working in the rural and semi-urban areas of Sindh, has announced several career opportunities. RDF is inviting applications from highly qualified candidates for a project focused on promoting business opportunities in horticulture and livestock for medium, small, and micro-enterprises (MSMEs) and improving their access to finance.
All positions are available on a contract basis and offer a chance for professionals to contribute to rural development and economic empowerment in the region. The deadline for applications is August 27, 2025.

RDF is seeking to fill the following roles with dedicated and skilled professionals in Thatta and Tando Muhammad Khan:
1. Project Officer
Place of Posting: Thatta
Eligibility & Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, or Development.
3-5 years of experience in project management or enterprise development.
Must possess strong coordination and reporting skills.
2. Enterprise Development Officer
Place of Posting: Thatta
Eligibility & Requirements:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Agriculture.
3-5 years of experience in SME/enterprise development.
Must have knowledge of horticulture and livestock value chains, as well as training and financial literacy skills.
3. Social Organizer
Place of Posting: Thatta
Eligibility & Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Rural Development.
2 years of experience in community mobilization.
Must have a good understanding of rural communities.
4. Field Admin
Place of Posting: Tando Muhammad Khan
Eligibility & Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce.
2 years of experience in admin/logistics.
Must be skilled in record-keeping and MS Office.
