The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, dedicated to empowering individuals with the skills they need to succeed. Established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company by the Government of Punjab (GoPb), PSDF has been at the forefront of creating a skilled workforce that meets the needs of the modern economy. As part of its mission, PSDF is inviting applications from dynamic, energetic, and motivated professionals for several key positions based in Lahore.

Available Positions:

Manager Business Development
- Education & Experience:
  - Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  - Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  - Preference for experience with international organizations.
Manager Grants and Proposals
- Education & Experience:
  - Master’s degree in Research, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
  - 5-8 years of experience in a similar field.
  - Preference for experience in grant proposals and securing funding.
Associate Grants and Proposals
- Education & Experience:
  - Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Research, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  - Preference for experience in grant proposals and securing funding, particularly in the public sector and international domain.
Associate Business Development
- Education & Experience:
  - Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  - Preference for experience in project management, partnerships, and contract management.
Associate Visual Communications
- Education & Experience:
  - Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  - Proficiency in PowerPoint & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software will be preferred.
