Eligibility Criteria: Qualification and Experience

Educational Qualification:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university is mandatory for most positions.

  • Senior roles like Financial Controller require a CA/ACCA/CMA or relevant Master’s degree in Finance.

  • The Treasury Head role prefers an MBA or relevant Master’s degree.

Required Experience:

  • Senior Roles (Heads/Managers): Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 03 years in a similar position within a bank or financial institution.

  • Officer-Level Roles: Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience. For IT roles, experience with specific technologies (.NET, Angular, network management) is required.

  • Data Center Operator: Requires at least 01 year of experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

For Digital Banking & Transformation Roles:

  • Develop and implement digital banking strategies and product roadmaps.

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.

  • Identify market trends and leverage new technologies to enhance customer experience.

For IT & Security Roles:

  • Information Security: Monitor antivirus, DLP tools, conduct vulnerability scans, and enforce access control policies.

  • IT Governance: Develop and implement IT frameworks aligned with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001. Act as the focal point for regulatory inspections and audits.

  • Systems & Network: Ensure 24/7/365 uptime of Data Center services, manage LAN/WAN/VPN infrastructure, and handle network troubleshooting.

For Risk & Fraud Management Roles:

  • Monitor real-time digital transactions for suspicious activity.

  • Conduct fraud investigations and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.

  • Develop and maintain fraud risk management policies and databases.
