Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) Announces Multiple Job Vacancies
The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) is inviting applications from highly motivated, qualified, and competent individuals for a wide range of positions. These roles are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, with an attractive lump-sum salary package.

Application Process and Deadlines
Interested candidates must follow a two-step application process:
Online Application: Apply online through the official PHEC website www.punjabhec.gov.pk by September 25, 2025.
Hard Copy Submission: Submit a duly signed hard copy of the online application form. The package must include a CV, a copy of CNIC, attested copies of educational and professional experience certificates, and a recent passport-sized photograph. This must reach the undersigned by September 26, 2025 (05:00 PM) via registered courier or post.
The name of the post applied for must be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
Application Fee Details
Applicants are required to submit a non-refundable application fee via Bank Draft, Pay Order, Digital Bank Transfer, or Deposit Slip. The fee structure is as follows:
For serial no. 1-5: Rs. 2,000/-
For serial no. 6-12: Rs. 1,500/-
For serial no. 13-25: Rs. 1,000/-

Important Instructions for Applicants
A separate application and fee must be submitted for each post.
Candidates already in government service should apply through the proper channel and provide a Departmental NOC.
These positions are also available on a deputation basis for serving government officers.
All applicants must hold a Punjab domicile.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
Incomplete applications, late submissions, or applications sent by hand/email will not be considered.
PHEC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and to reject any application or the entire recruitment process without assigning any reason.
The selection process will be strictly merit-based, in line with government policy.
