The Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA), a key institution under the Government of the Punjab’s Home Department, is seeking highly qualified and competent professionals to join its team. PAFDA is dedicated to ensuring the forensic examination and testing of fertilizers, pesticides, food, and drugs, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity to meet international benchmarks.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria
PAFDA is looking to fill the following key leadership and technical roles:
1. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salary: Rs. 1,000,000/- per month
Posts: 1
Age Limit: 35-50 years
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Commerce, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Business Administration (minimum 45% marks) from a HEC-recognized institution.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Public Finance, Accounts & Audit, or Administration in a reputable organization at a managerial level.
Experience in the development of laboratory infrastructure and the preparation of lab-related service regulations, manuals, or policies is required.
2. Senior Technical Manager (Drug Testing Lab)
Salary: Rs. 725,000/- per month
Posts: 4
Age Limit: 35-50 years
Qualifications & Experience:
Option 1 (PhD): PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Pharmacy from a HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 7 years of experience in forensic examination or drug testing, including supervision/management experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
Option 2 (MS/MPhil): MS/MPhil or MSc (Hons.) in Pharmaceutics or Pharmacology (minimum 45% marks) from a HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Option 1 (PhD): PhD in Genetics, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Soil Science, Analytical Chemistry, or Plant Physiology from a HEC-recognized institution with 7 years of relevant experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
Option 2 (MS/MPhil): MS/MPhil or MSc (Hons.) in a relevant field (minimum 45% marks) with 10 years of similar experience.
4. Senior Technical Manager (Food Testing Lab)
Salary: Rs. 725,000/- per month
Posts: 3
Age Limit: 35-50 years
Qualifications & Experience:
Option 1 (PhD): PhD in Human/Animal Nutrition, Food Safety & Controls, Food Quality Management, or related fields from a HEC-recognized institution with 7 years of relevant experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
Option 2 (MS/MPhil): MS/MPhil or MSc (Hons.) in a relevant field (minimum 45% marks) with 10 years of similar experience.
5. Quality Assurance Manager (Drug, Agriculture, and Food Testing Labs)
Salary: Rs. 725,000/- per month
Posts: 1 for each lab (Drug, Agriculture, Food)
Age Limit: 35-55 years
Qualifications & Experience:
Option 1 (PhD): PhD in a relevant field (Pharmaceutics/Pharmacology for Drug Lab; Genetics/Entomology/etc. for Agri Lab; Human Nutrition/Food Science/etc. for Food Lab) with 7 years of post-PhD experience, including at least 4 years in quality assurance supervision in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
Option 2 (MS/MPhil): MS/MPhil or MSc (Hons.) in a relevant field with 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 6 years in a quality assurance role in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.

A demand draft/pay order for a recruitment processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of the “Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority”.
CV/Resume.
Two recent photographs.
Attested copies of degrees/certificates, experience letters, and CNIC.
NOC (if applicable, for government employees).
