Job Descriptions, Qualifications, and Requirements
1. Manager Accounts & Finance
- Positions: 1
- Qualifications: MBA in Finance or equivalent from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a public/private sector company
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Skills: Ability to prepare financial statements and handle tax matters
2. Manager Admin & HR
- Positions: 1
- Qualifications: MBA or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a public/private sector company
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Skills: Familiarity with PPA/ SPPR rules and ability to handle HR-related matters
3. Manager IT & Operations
- Positions: 1
- Qualifications: MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT, software, and hardware management
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
4. Manager Legal
- Positions: 1
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university
- Experience: 25-30 years in legal and corporate matters in the public/private sector
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Skills: Drafting legal documents, agreements, communication skills, and representation at various forums
5. Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance
- Positions: 1
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the relevant field
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years

Application Process
- How to Apply: Download the application form and deposit slip from the PTS website www.pts.org.pk
- Fees: Pay the test fee at any designated bank
- Submission: Submit the completed application form along with the paid deposit slip to PTS Headquarters, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad
- Deadline: Within 5 days of the advertisement publication
- Important Notes:
- Applications from government employees must be through proper channels
- Age relaxation as per Government of Sindh rules/policies
- Applications received after the deadline will not be considered
